There are a few features that do cost a little extra. These are data logging and remote alarms, and they’ll both make your life much easier.
0:37 VIEWING YOUR TANKS
Once you log into the Tank Cloud website at levelandflow.com, you’ll come to this screen that shows all of your tank sites. A site is intended to be a geographic grouping of sensors through you can group your sensors however you like. By clicking on one of the site you’ll access a list of the different sensors at the particular site. You can see a quick view of the current tank levels, as well as a graph of the last 30 readings.

Click on a sensor and you’ll see the details of the sensor, such as the model number, serial number, description, and last call in time.
1:29 PROGRAMING YOUR SENSOR REMOTELY
You can program the sensor remotely by clicking the edit parameters button. You can see all of the parameter that you can tinker with and adjust your sensor programming while your sensor is still installed at the site.
1:55 REMOTE ALARMS
Alarms are useful to notify you of any important level parameters. You may want to be alerted if you tank is nearly empty or nearly full to schedule deliveries or start pumps. You can also receive alarms when a lot of liquid is tanked out in a short period of time to protect against theft.

Data logging is great for the number crunchers out there, if you simply need detailed records of your tank levels or if you want a forecast future need and plan for expansion, data logging is a life saver. Data logging allows you to view data line by line by clicking the view data button. You can also export all of the data to an excel file.

Use the edit alarms button to set up an alarm. Simply define what the alarm is, how it is sent, and to whom it is sent to.
